Joining Gleeds’ Executive Board in February 2019, Neil is the Chief Financial Officer for our global operations, leading financial planning to support the development and implementation of Gleeds’ strategic business plans.
Neil joined Gleeds from real estate advisor Cushman & Wakefield, where he spent five years as EMEA CFO, having originally helped lead the turnaround and sale of predecessor company DTZ to private equity firm TPG. Following the sale of DTZ, TPG acquired peer firm Cushman and Wakefield in 2015 and Neil stayed with the business to manage the combined operations and merger activity across the region.
With significant experience in the real estate and facilities management sectors, Neil has acted as a board member of businesses with a turnover from £250m to over £1bn per annum. He has led high performing teams to manage major change projects, mitigate and control risk and navigate M&A activity to hit growing ebitda and tight cash targets.
Neil is CIMA qualified and has an honours degree in accountancy and management control.
